Positioned near the heart of the development, the hotel will support events while contributing to the district’s year-round activity and economic vitality.

At the center of Phase 1, a signature cultural venue is envisioned as a destination for creativity, connection, and community. Plans include a flexible performance and exhibition space that may become a music hall, art gallery, museum, amphitheater, or other cultural venue. Designed to serve both Southwestern University and the broader region, this space will help establish SU 560 as a hub for arts, entertainment, and cultural experiences in Central Texas.
