Site Policies

Effective date: August 5, 2026

This website is owned and controlled by SU 560 LAND HOLDINGS I LLC ("SU 560," "we," "us," or "our") and is hosted and technically supported by Southwestern University. These policies explain our website data practices, services, accessibility commitment, and terms.

Privacy & Data Policy

Data we process

  • Contact and identifying data: name, email address, and optional company and telephone number.
  • Inquiry data: your message and related correspondence.
  • Internet and technical data: IP address, browser/device, requested pages or files, referrer, timestamps, and security events.
  • Approximate location and usage data: general location inferred from IP address and aggregate site use.

Please do not submit sensitive personal data through this site.

Purposes and disclosures

We use data to operate, deliver, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the site; respond to and route inquiries; evaluate business, leasing, development, or partnership opportunities; maintain records; measure aggregate usage; prevent spam, fraud, and abuse; comply with law; and handle legal claims.

We may disclose relevant contact, inquiry, technical, location, and usage data to the providers and recipients in the Transparency section, authorities, advisers, or successors as reasonably necessary. Contact-form information may be routed to SU 560 representatives, Southwestern University personnel, or project partners positioned to respond. The form does not enroll you in marketing; mailing-list signup requires a separate request or consent.

We do not sell personal data, use it for targeted advertising, or profile people for decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law and exceptions, you may confirm processing; access data; correct inaccuracies; delete data provided by or obtained about you; obtain a portable copy; and opt out if sale, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling occurs in the future. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable right.

Email [email protected] with subject "SU 560 Privacy Request," or write to the address below. Describe the request and provide enough information to authenticate it. Authorized agents are subject to verification of authority and identity.

Appeal a decision through the same channel with subject "Privacy Appeal" and identify the decision and basis. If denied, you may complain to the Texas Attorney General.

Retention, security, and children

We retain data only as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes; periods vary by data and purpose. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure. This general-audience site is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child submitted data so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

Cookie Policy

We do not use advertising cookies. Our privacy-focused aggregate traffic measurement uses no cookies or persistent identifiers. Google reCAPTCHA may set _grecaptcha and process browser, device, interaction, and network data for security, fraud, and abuse prevention. Browser controls can block or delete cookies, but blocking reCAPTCHA may prevent the form from working.

Transparency & Third-Party Services

  • Amazon Web Services / CloudFront delivers content and may process request, network, and approximate-location data.
  • Cloudflare operates the Worker receiving contact submissions and supports delivery and security.
  • Google reCAPTCHA processes technical and interaction signals to prevent spam, fraud, and abuse.
  • Privacy-focused analytics provides aggregate site-traffic information, such as page views. It does not use cookies or persistent identifiers to track visitors.
  • Professional advisers and operations providers support operations, security, and compliance.
  • SU 560 representatives and project partners may receive inquiries they are positioned to answer.

The mailing-list link opens an Emma-hosted signup page. Emma and other linked third parties apply their own notices and practices.
